Kitty's 5km Caper
Story
I'm taking part in the Brisbane Marthon Festival 2013, not the marathon but the 5km run. It is my very first run of this kind.
I have been training with the kindy mums to get these legs moving. Training usually involves herding kids, pushing prams, and then getting some running in. The kids certainly love it!
Kenmore Park is a community run kindergarten providing top quality education for kindy children. The kindergarten relies heavily on fundraising efforts to run its amazing programs. Funds raised last year paid for a Japanese language program, we would love to be able to maintain this. We are also hoping to raise funds to further develop the grounds. Please can you help us.
I'm helping Kenmore Park with my efforts in Brisbane Marathon Festival 2013 because I know it will make a difference to the lives of my children and many more!
